REFUND POLICY
Our Policy: Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on hats unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your hat arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at triplerhatcompanyllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable: We cannot accept returns on hats that have been worn, washed, or are simply unwanted. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged item, we'll send you a replacement of the same product.
